Rainfall Warning in effect for North Coast – inland including Stewart. 

Environment Canada has advised – “An approaching frontal system will give rain beginning this afternoon and easing Wednesday evening. Total rainfall amounts near 50 mm can be expected by Wednesday evening. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.”

ALBERTA / SASKATCHEWAN

Snowfall Warning continues for southeastern regions of AB and southwestern regions of SK. The Weather Network has stated – “The snow will be paired with gusty conditions, with winds blowing between 50-70+ km/h. This will cause locally poor visibility in blowing snow throughout the day, especially south of Highway 1.” 25+ cm of snow possible.
